Vendors, Car Show Participants & Cheese Dip Contestants

The entrance to HarvestFest for setting up will be on Kavanaugh Blvd at its intersection with Monroe Street.  This intersection will be the West end of the HarvestFest site which extends East to Walnut Street.  You must therefore approach this intersection from the West on Kavanaugh, or from Monroe Street.

Upon arrival you will receive your booth assignment number.  Site Management will direct you to your set-up location and suggest parking areas.

YOU NEED TO ARRIVE BETWEEN 9:00 AND 10:00 AM.

Please no Early Birds -  Streets will be blocked, and site management will not be on hand to assist you.

Driving Instructions:

1) From CANTRELL go south on Kavanaugh.  At intersection of Kvanaugh and Van Buren (in front of Mt. St. Mary's Academy) veer left (east), continue 2 blocks to Monroe.

2) From MARKHAM go north on Van Buren 8 blocks to intersection of Kavanaugh and Van Buren. Turn right (east) onto Kavanaugh, continue 2 blocks to Monroe
